What We Do?
When it comes to protecting your pavement from water, oils, and U.V damage asphalt pavements highly benefit from sealcoating. A sealcoat consists of either coal tar pitch or asphalt cement mixed with inert fillers, water, emulsifying agents, or additives. Applied in thin coats, pavement sealing is used to protect off-highway pavement surfaces against gasoline, oil, salt, water, and ultraviolet rays.
We can help seal your pavement with a refined tar-based sealer, an asphalt based sealer or a petroleum-based sealer. Each has its pros and cons. A refined tar-based sealer offers the best protection against water penetration and chemical resistance. Other differences exist between sealer types. Depending on your choice, wear and tear of a refined tar-based sealer might last longer than an asphalt based sealer.
